Cancellations and refunds

How to cancel a service enquiry or agreement, including information for individual consumers.

Who provides the services?

Enquiries are not purchases

This website does not take orders or payments. Sending an enquiry does not create a service contract. If Milla Agency offers you work, the proposal or service agreement will state the agreed scope, price, payment schedule, delivery arrangements and any project-specific cancellation terms.

Consumers who agree a service contract online

If you are an individual buying mainly for personal purposes and enter into a service contract at a distance, you generally have a 14-day withdrawal period starting on the day the contract is concluded. You can cancel within that period without giving a reason by writing to info@millaagency.com. Include your name, project reference if available, and a clear statement that you are cancelling.

If you expressly ask Milla Agency to begin work during the 14-day period and later cancel, you may have to pay a proportionate amount for the service supplied up to cancellation. Your cancellation right ends after the service is fully performed only where the required prior express consent and acknowledgement have been obtained. Any statutory rights and remedies remain available.

Where a refund is due after a statutory cancellation, it will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after Milla Agency is informed of the cancellation, using the original payment method unless you agree otherwise. The service agreement will explain how to exercise any applicable right and will provide the required cancellation form before you are bound.

After the statutory withdrawal period and business clients

For cancellations outside a statutory withdrawal right, including business-to-business contracts, any cancellation fees, work already completed, committed third-party costs and refunds are governed by the signed proposal or service agreement. Because projects differ, Milla Agency does not promise a blanket refund or a blanket no-refund rule on this page. Contact us promptly if you need to change or stop a project; we will apply the agreed terms and mandatory law.

Cancellation request

Send a written cancellation request to info@millaagency.com or to Milla Agency Limited, 112–114 St Stephen’s Green, Dublin 2, D02 TD28, Ireland. You may use this wording:

“To Milla Agency Limited, 112–114 St Stephen’s Green, Dublin 2, D02 TD28, Ireland, or info@millaagency.com: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the provision of the following service: ____. Contract concluded on: ____. Name: ____. Address: ____. Date: ____.”

We will confirm receipt and explain the next steps. Nothing in this policy limits rights provided by Irish or other applicable consumer law.
