What we collect and why

If you send an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, chosen service and message. We use these details to reply, discuss your requirements and, if you ask us to, prepare a proposal or take steps towards a service contract. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract. We may retain relevant business correspondence where needed for our legitimate interests in managing enquiries and protecting or pursuing legal claims.

Please do not include sensitive or unnecessary personal information in the message. The form does not request it.

Who receives your details?

The form is operated by FormSubmit, which routes the information you submit to Milla Agency’s email address. FormSubmit routes submissions by email and retains submissions in its archive for 30 days. Its published privacy terms are dated 2019 and do not clearly state where data is hosted or what transfer safeguards apply. Before accepting real enquiries, Milla Agency must confirm suitable GDPR processor terms and transfer safeguards with this provider or replace it with a provider that offers them. Your email provider and the website hosting provider may also process correspondence or technical server logs as part of providing their services.

The site loads the Clash Display typeface from Fontshare when a page is opened. This sends a technical request to Fontshare. We do not embed social feeds, maps, video players or other third-party content. Social links open only if you choose to follow them.

Cookies and website analytics

This website uses essential browser storage to remember your cookie choice and to keep the site running smoothly. These do not track you and do not need consent. If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to measure how the website is used, such as pages viewed, device type, browser, approximate location and how you arrived at the site. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through cookie settings. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses for EU visitors. Google may process this data outside the EEA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. We keep analytics data for 14 months. See our cookie notice for details.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond and manage any resulting discussion. If no service follows, we aim to delete the enquiry within 12 months of the last meaningful contact. If you become a client, relevant records may be kept for the applicable legal, tax and contractual periods. We will delete or restrict information sooner when appropriate and lawful.

Where information is processed

Our email, website host and form-routing provider may process information in countries outside the European Economic Area. The location and safeguards for the current FormSubmit setup have not been confirmed. We will confirm an adequate transfer mechanism before using the form for live enquiries. You can email us instead while this is being resolved.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your personal information, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it. These rights are subject to legal conditions and exceptions. Contact info@millaagency.com to make a request.

You can complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission: dataprotection.ie, 6 Pembroke Row, Dublin 2, D02 X963, Ireland.
